1.本報告無專用章和批準人簽章無效。 This report is invalid without the approver’s signatures and special seal of inspection.

2.委托單位對報告數據如有異議，請于報告完成之日起十五日內向本單位書面提出復測申請，同時附上報告原件并預付復測費。 If the applicant has any questions about the results,shall provide a written retest application,the original report and prepay the retest fees to F&C within fifteen days since the approval date.

3.委托單位辦理完畢以上手續后，本單位會盡快安排復測。如果復測結果與異議內容相符，本單位將退還委托單位的復測費。 After the applicant finishes the procedure mentioned above,F&C shall arrange the retest as soon as possible.If the retest result accords with the applicant dissent,F&C shall refund the retest fees.

4.不可重復性或不能進行復測的實驗，不進行復測，委托單位放棄異議權利。 Tests that can not be repeated and tested shall not be carried out again.

5.委托單位對樣品的代表性和資料的真實性負責，否則本單位不承擔任何相關責任。 The applicant should undertake the responsibility for the provided samples’ repesentativeness and document authenticity. Otherwise,F&C has not any relevant responsibilities.

6.本報告僅對所測樣品負責，相關項目未取得資質認定，僅作為科研、教學或內部質量控制之用，不做為社會公證數據，對于測試數據 的使用、使用所產生的直接或間接損失及一切法律后果，本單位不承擔任何經濟和法律責任。 This report is only responsible for the tested sample.The test data only represent the evaluation of tested sample and are only used for scientific research and production by the applicant,not for social justice data.F&C will not be responsible for any economical Or legal liability generated from direct or indirect usage of the test report.

7.本單位有權在完成報告后處理所測樣品。 F&C has the right to dispose the tested sample after approval of the test report.

8.本單位保證工作的客觀公正性，對委托單位的商業信息、技術文件等商業秘密履行保密義務。 F&C assures objectivity and impartiality of the test ,and fulfills the obligation of confidentiality for applicant’s commercial information,and technique document.
